Goodbye to Job Futures' National Green Jobs Corps

All National Green Jobs Corps projects have now commenced and no new participants can be referred.

Current projects will finish by the 30th of June 2012 and the program will conclude.

Job Futures is proud to have delivered over 240 National Green Jobs Corps projects in NSW, ACT, Victoria, Queensland and Western Australia from January 2010 – June 2012.

National Green Jobs Corps was an Australian Government initiative for 2010-11. It gave young people the chance to get six months work experience and training on environmental and cultural heritage projects. Participants learnt worthwhile work and life skills that put them on the pathway to employment and education. Over 500 young people have achieved a Certificate II on a Job Futures’ National Green Jobs Corps project.

Job Futures’ delivery of National Green Jobs Corps made a difference to communities, the environment and the lives of young people across Australia.
